Certification Course – here’s what you can expect: A full day spent focused on participants learning and experiencing the basic positions of the snatch & clean and jerk. Participants will be instructed and learn first hand the foundational teaching points for instructing others. The snatch & clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination and balance to training, and are indispensable in developing a well-rounded athlete and are a great tool to add to your CrossFit toolbox. We are committed to helping participants hit personals goals and giving them the necessary information to help others. This course is dedicated to teaching the competition lifts and preparation, selection of athletes, programming – everything about the productive BULGARIAN SCHOOL OF CHAMPIONS. It is a combination of lecture, demonstration, and hands on instruction. Please wear weightlifting shoes if you have them and bring a pen and notebook. You will be spending most of the two days on your feet.
